"I started in the Dealer Channel as a Merillat Account Manager for New York and Vermont. I then joined the Countertop Division as a Business Development Manager where I had direct reports and enjoyed learning about all facets of the countertop business. In 2013 I was offered an opportunity to become a National Sales Trainer and was fortunate to work with all channels within Masco Cabinetry which gave me a deeper understanding of our entire organization. Most recently I was promoted to Director of Sales, Dealer Channel for the Northeast.

Throughout my career with Masco Cabinetry I participated in many developmental opportunities such as IMPAX Sales Training, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Pro Comm Presentation Skills and Masco Financial Training to name a few which all helped to prepare me for my current role.  The biggest reward from the past 13 plus years has been working with many incredible people throughout Masco Cabinetry who continue to be our biggest asset!"
– Cher D'Ambrosio, Director, Dealer Sales

"I thoroughly enjoy my job, and what it all entails here at Masco Cabinetry! The organization provides me opportunity to further my education, and put into practice what I have learned while working towards my Master’s degree. I have the pleasure of working with great people from all different areas of the organization. My experiences both in the office, and on the manufacturing floor have helped me to realize how much I love this industry!"
