Gordon Fournier
President

Gordon joined Masco Cabinetry in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer, and was named President in March, 2017.  Gordon brings 30 years of management success and financial knowledge to our company.  Prior to joining Masco, Gordon spent 21 years with Johnson Controls, a large, multi-industrial manufacturing company.  While at Johnson Controls, he held leadership positions in Finance, Operations and General Management.  During his career, he has worked across multiple industry segments, including Building Supplies, Automotive, Battery Technology, Plastics and Information Technology.  Gordon holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Michigan State University.​

Joe Durham
Chief Financial Officer

Joe brings 18 years of financial knowledge and diverse experiences to our organization. Prior to joining Masco, Joe spent 7 years with Harman International, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Joe served as VP of Finance for Harman’s Global Automotive Accounts, where he was responsible for driving achievement of Harman’s mid- and long-term sales plans. Prior to that, Joe held the positions of VP & Controller of Harman’s North America Connected Car division in Novi, MI, and Director of M&A in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Harman, Joe held positions in the banking industry, both at Credit Suisse and Wachovia Securities. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Michael Gulbernat
Vice President, Builder Channel

Michael joined Masco Cabinetry in 2011 and has served in a variety of marketing roles including Director of Marketing -- Retail Channel and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2015. Prior to joining Masco Cabinetry, Michael spent more than 10 years in new home construction in a variety of managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor of Art in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Jessica Joffe
VP, Marketing

Jessica joined Masco Cabinetry in 2013 and has held the role of Director-Product Management for the last two years. Jessica has been instrumental in partnering with Brand and Operations to develop products that are customer-focused and efficient to produce. Prior to joining Masco Cabinetry, Jessica worked across several functions within the cabinet industry. Jessica has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a MBA from the University of Maryland. Jessica also participated in the 2016 Masco Executive Leadership Development Program.

Jim Lind
Vice President, Sales — Dealer Channel

Jim joined Merillat in 2000 as the Director of Builder Sales, and later as a Managing Director. His leadership continued in the Builder Cabinet Group, and most recently with Masco Cabinetry, as the Vice President of Dealer Sales. Jim’s sales experience includes work at other employers such as The Flecto Company, J&J Industries, Olympic Homecare Products Division and Bristol-Myers Products Division. Jim received his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.

Viren Shah
Chief Information Officer

Viren joined Masco Cabinetry in 2014 and brought more than 20 years of innovative technology and global leadership experience to the organization. Prior to that, Viren served as the CIO for Specialty Fashion Group in Sydney, Australia, where he architected digital transformation and implemented new generation technologies for a seamless Omni-channel customer experience, awarding him with a nomination for Retail CIO of the year. His tenure also comprises of 11 years with Walmart in multiple leadership capacities, generating multi-million dollar ROI for their retail & wholesale chains in North America, South America, Central America, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Japan and South Africa. His success included greenfield market entry in India, standardizing M&A Integrations and transformational IT initiatives that reduced the total cost of ownership and talent development in matrix settings. Pre-Walmart he delivered mission-critical solutions via large teams in financial services, banking and ecommerce industries. He holds a BE (Computer Science) from Bombay University and MBA from NYIT, New York.

Irene Tasi
Vice President, Sales

Irene joined Masco in 2000 and has served in a variety of roles, each with increasing responsibility. Prior to her role as Vice President of Retail Sales, Irene held the position of Director — Investor Relations at Masco Corporation where she successfully transformed and developed the Investor Relations Program. ​In addition, she was the Director — Retail Channel Marketing for Masco Cabinetry where she participated in the development of our Customer Experience Program and business development initiatives. Irene earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Windsor and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.

Rich Wiese
Vice President, Human Resources and Customer Care

Starting with Masco Corporation in 1996 as StarMark Cabinetry’s Human Resources Leader, Rich has continued with Masco serving in a variety of roles in Employee Relations and Talent Management and was promoted to Vice President – Human Resources and Customer Care for Masco Cabinetry in 2013. Rich’s overall knowledge of the Human Resources function, experience working within Masco, passion for the business and energy toward developing our Masco Cabinetry team and transforming processes within Customer Care has made an immediate impact within Cabinetry. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Minnesota State and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Chris Winans
Vice President, Operations

Chris has extensive knowledge of our Company’s operations, having joined the KraftMaid brand in 1989 as a material handler within manufacturing. Since then, Chris has progressed through the organization in title and responsibility. He relocated from KraftMaid’s Middlefield, Ohio office to the Ann Arbor HQ following the establishment of Masco Cabinetry in 2010. His areas of responsibility include supply chain, logistics, material planning, manufacturing, quality, and environmental health and safety. He most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for Masco Cabinetry before being promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations in 2012.
