Joe Gross
President

Joe Gross is Group President, a position he was appointed to in April 2018. As Group President, Mr. Gross is responsible for Kichler Lighting, Masco Cabinetry and Milgard Windows and Doors. Previously, Mr. Gross was President of Masco Cabinetry. Prior to leading Masco Cabinetry, he served as President and General Manager of Brasscraft Manufacturing. Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.‚Äč

Joe Durham
Chief Financial Officer

Joe brings 18 years of financial knowledge and diverse experiences to our organization. Prior to joining Masco, Joe spent 7 years with Harman International, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Joe served as VP of Finance for Harman’s Global Automotive Accounts, where he was responsible for driving achievement of Harman’s mid- and long-term sales plans. Prior to that, Joe held the positions of VP & Controller of Harman’s North America Connected Car division in Novi, MI, and Director of M&A in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Harman, Joe held positions in the banking industry, both at Credit Suisse and Wachovia Securities. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Michael Gulbernat
Vice President, Builder Channel

Michael joined Masco Cabinetry in 2011 and has served in a variety of marketing roles including Director of Marketing -- Retail Channel and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2015. Prior to joining Masco Cabinetry, Michael spent more than 10 years in new home construction in a variety of managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor of Art in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Jessica Joffe
VP, Marketing

Jessica joined Masco Cabinetry in 2013 and has held the role of Director-Product Management for the last two years. Jessica has been instrumental in partnering with Brand and Operations to develop products that are customer-focused and efficient to produce. Prior to joining Masco Cabinetry, Jessica worked across several functions within the cabinet industry. Jessica has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a MBA from the University of Maryland. Jessica also participated in the 2016 Masco Executive Leadership Development Program.

Rich Wiese
Vice President, Human Resources and Customer Care

Starting with Masco Corporation in 1996 as StarMark Cabinetry’s Human Resources Leader, Rich has continued with Masco serving in a variety of roles in Employee Relations and Talent Management and was promoted to Vice President – Human Resources and Customer Care for Masco Cabinetry in 2013. Rich’s overall knowledge of the Human Resources function, experience working within Masco, passion for the business and energy toward developing our Masco Cabinetry team and transforming processes within Customer Care has made an immediate impact within Cabinetry. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Minnesota State and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Chris Winans
Vice President, Operations

Chris has extensive knowledge of our Company’s operations, having joined the KraftMaid brand in 1989 as a material handler within manufacturing. Since then, Chris has progressed through the organization in title and responsibility. He relocated from KraftMaid’s Middlefield, Ohio office to the Ann Arbor HQ following the establishment of Masco Cabinetry in 2010. His areas of responsibility include supply chain, logistics, material planning, manufacturing, quality, and environmental health and safety. He most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for Masco Cabinetry before being promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations in 2012.
